Im from Australia and have been using the free meditations every day, they have become a important part of my life and i have also passed them on to many people who are also using them.

I work for a Not For Profit organisation and with work with teenage street kids, and a wide range of disengaged teenagers, i started to meditate at work and the staff joined in and at one stage the entire staff or 5 was meditating every week, the kids saw us doing this and asked if they could join in, so we set a time for them to listen to "Deepening the silence" and i think half of them fell asleep, but, the point is they always asked for the meditations, we also ran a adult program for 18 weeks and i told them that as part of the program, there was a meditation component, yes, you guessed it, every one meditated twice a week.

The changes that occoured were, most of the staff had life changing experiences when meditating and moved on to new jobs and other situations, (one staff member had an out of body experience) i ended up being the only staff member left, but i knew the universe had plans and a whole new team was bought on board, and they meditate as well(but are staying this time), we also notice when we ground the building via intention the behaviour of the teenagers is very calm and relaxed, great work UMS, (we only have the 4 downloaded meditations) but are hoping to purchase some more.
