We all share the same body. What we are extends far beyond our skin. Take a deep breath.

The air we share is the breath of all people, plants and animals on Earth. The water in our body is recycled from the oceans, clouds, rain and rivers to us. We drink, and the water continues through the one system. The food we eat is made by light from the Sun, coming millions of miles to give us energy. The light that enters our eyes and becomes pictures in our brains is reflected across the Universe.

Realize the truth. Everything is united. Thinking we are separate is false and limits us. Seeing that we are one huge living system reveals reality, giving us Universal direction and supervision. We should base our decisions, creative thought and action on Unity.

The existence of matter depends on the existence of all other matter. The smallest atomic particles are connected and formed within space, rapidly vibrating in harmony with all matter. Space may seem to separate everything, but space is the connection and source of all things.

We all think in the same mind. There is one mind as there is one body and they are the same. We all feel the same love. Love is unity, the emotion flowing through all people and all things. Hate, fear, and anger are reactions caused by thinking that we are separate.
