Starlight Journal is a non-profit organization under
Universal Church Of Metaphysics 501(c)3
registered as a non-profit corporation in California, USA.

Universal Church Of Metaphysics was created as a non-profit holding company for several branches, including Starlight Journal, University Of Metaphysical Sciences, Starlight Productions: TV & Film, Radiance Creations, and Starlight Adventure Company. All these organizations are created for education purposes in helping people understand metaphysical concepts and experiencing awakening in a spiritual nature. (See descriptions and url for each of these companies at the bottom of this page.) In a world where money is necessary, these companies incur expenses and costs in order to be available to the public. Donations help defray these costs and help us improve our ability to reach more people and expand our services.

Personnel, from the highest to the lowest in our business hierarchy, are paid reasonable salaries. No extravagant salaries are paid. In fact, very little in salaries are paid to anyone in our organizations at this time, for most work is done on a voluntary basis in free time after or before work. These organizations only meet costs of operation at this time. Eventually, we hope to be able to pay full and/or part time employees on a regular basis.

discounted healing sessions by various practitioners for those of low income
free materials and assistance to spiritual teachers and seekers in third world countries
and more, as we become aware of continuing public needs

When you give financial assistance to us, we pass it along to others, for we are quite passionate about the spiritual needs of those who have little or no money. We feel that they are left behind in many ways by the metaphysical "business" that has turned into a large money-making machine for some who have gotten very rich. Those of lesser income need these services, knowledge and education in metaphysics just as much as any other person, but some cannot afford to pay for the very things they need. We are here to help meet that need.

When you send a check or money order to Universal Church Of Metaphysics, you will receive proof of your donation by mail. (At this time, we cannot accept credit cards.) The receipt will be sent to your return address indicated in your communication. If you do not want to receive a receipt and would like to remain anonymous, let us know in your communication and we will maintain your anonymity.

Memberships

Memberships are another way to assist us in providing materials, scholarships and services to those in low income brackets, and you get something back for your donation. Your membership and affiliation with Universal Church Of Metaphysics includes a yearly subscription of a printed copy of Starlight Journal sent to your door via postal mail, and more, depending on the level of membership you register for.

Membership Levels

Any donation below $20 is welcome, appreciated, and acknowledged with a receipt for your donation, but no membership benefits are available. We realize some people might not be able to give much, but want to give something. Every little bit helps!
$20, includes a yearly subscription of Starlight Journal
$50, includes a yearly subscription of Starlight Journal and a certificate of appreciation
$100, includes Starlight Journal subscription, certificate of appreciation, 5% discount on materials, services or events with Radiance Creations and Starlight Adventures

Universal Church Of Metaphysics
Universal Church Of Metaphysics is a non-profit organization, and the parent company of the organizations listed below. Sunday services are conducted in Arcata, CA at the present time, but other branches are going to open in various cities as graduates of University Of Metaphysical Sciences choose to do so (optional for graduates, not required.) Sunday services are informal in nature, and are very simplified. Many have commented on how they like the simple format of the Sunday services. Services open with a few minutes of silence, then a 20 minute guided meditation is offered, music by varied performers from the community, a half hour of sharing with each other what each of us learned this week, thus being each other's teacher, and closing with om and a prayer for others in the world.

Starlight Journal, current issue
Starlight Journal is a quarterly publication distributed in Humboldt County, CA and is available internationally on the internet. It includes articles, poetry and art for the metaphysically inclined reader, and provides a co-op advertising forum for local teachers, healers and practitioners in Humboldt County, CA.

University Of Metaphysical Sciences
University Of Metaphysical Sciences is a distance learning institution which brings professionalism and a solid education system to the growing field of metaphysics. Students can earn their Bachelor's, Master's, Ph.D. or D.D. in Metaphysics and related fields at home. The curriculum is useful for the beginner and the advanced alike, providing researched and referenced courses on almost every subject in metaphysics. It is the most detailed university of its kind.

Starlight Productions: TV & Film
Starlight Productions is a production company for TV series and films that explore and present spiritual and metaphysical topics. Spirit Talk: Series I (24 episodes) is our first production, and is available to public access stations for free broadcasting. Spirit Talk: Series II is in the works, and various independent film projects are in pre-production phases, including research, location scouting and casting.

Radiance Creations
Radiance Creations is the website and branch company of the founder of each of these companies, Christine Breese, D.D. She also holds Associates degrees in both Film/Video Production, and Audio Engineering. She has worked as an author, teacher and counselor in the field of metaphysics and has also worked in the entertainment industry with several famous people. This company was established to make available everything she does, like excerpts from her books, various meditation tapes, other types of written material, and retreats and workshops that aren't included in her other endeavors.

Starlight Adventure Company
Starlight Adventure Company is a non-profit organization that offers adventure travel for the spiritually inclined. Travel packages include, wilderness hiking and horseback trips, bus trips (camping style) to various locations in the US and Mexico, and camping retreats without strenuous hiking. Travel adventures are facilitated by various people associated with Universal Church Of Metaphysics and University Of Metaphysical Sciences.
