I am currently a student at ums working on my master's degree. I also have a master's degree in mental health counseling and am a certified holistic health practitioner. Currently, I am working to set up a practice online for life coaching, spiritual consulting, and holistic health.

Interests

My interests include metaphysical topics including but not limited to meditation, guided imagery and regression, natural healing, reiki and other forms of energy work, tarot, and spirituality. I am also an avid reader and enjoy both fiction and nonfiction. I enjoy cooking and baking and have recently been getting into more healthful recipes.
